Courtyard Housing in Indianapolis

Eureka! I found a striking example of courtyard housing in Indianapolis. Sure, I've seen plenty of 4 - 8 story apartments built around small courtyards, but this one on North Talbott Street bears the strongest resemblance to the California courtyard homes. I've contacted the current owner to learn more about the current redevelopment, and the history of this property.
They were originally called the "Studio Court Apartments" and built in 1917.
